Featuring short listed residential design portfolio, (l) the living area of a seafront luxury apartment in Palm Jumeirah Dubai. Understated bleached wood combined with porous marble and vitrified floor; custom furniture and a refurbished bar unit . All lighting energy efficient controlled. We developed the complete set of drawings and documentation including architectural, interior design, MEP and the works were executed as Project Managers under a collaborative contract. Seaview Apartments, comprised of 4 floors for which we designed the complete interiors, and provide the ensure suite of services that included specifications, method state ments, material selection, scheduling, quality control, contracting and site management. The project was executed in Dar es Salam, for the same client who had assigned us the design and contract for Hotel Atlan s a few years earlier Master Bedroom, designed for a private client in Dubai.

We used state of the art design tools including BIM, and an indigenously designed workflow management software for operations management and control. Our processes and working methods are continually developed in connection with new projects as well as in collaboration with operators, suppliers, sub-contractors etc. By means of a lean and competent management, we are able to guide a team of stakeholders and professionals safely through a process, which begins from the moment a project is awarded, to the final stages of project handover. The road to a good result is through a dynamic process in which the various core competencies meet and contribute to mutual development and progress.
